Payment and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Lockergrid, provided by Allthings Tomorrow Sustainable Ventures Pvt. Ltd. ("Lockergrid," "we," "us," or "our"). This Payment and Refund Policy explains our payment terms and refund policy when you access or use Lockergrid, including any of its associated services, applications, or websites. By accessing or using Lockergrid, you agree to comply with this Payment and Refund Policy.

1. Payment Terms

1.1 Payments: Payments for leasing locker pods through Lockergrid are to be made within 5 days of the invoice getting generated.

1.2 Non-Payment: Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in the deactivation of your account and cessation of all access to Lockergrid. If payment is not made for more than 30 days, your account may be deleted, and you may be blacklisted as a client.

2. Invoice and Refund

2.1 Invoicing: All invoices generated by Lockergrid are final.

2.2 Refunds: We do not offer refunds for payments made for leasing locker pods through Lockergrid. However, genuine refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The company reserves the right to determine whether a refund is warranted, and its decision will be final. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.

2.3 Additional Payments: Any additional payments made over and above the invoiced amount will be added to your wallet as credits. These credits cannot be redeemed for cash but can be used for future payments or transactions on Lockergrid.
